Your Responsibilities We are now looking for a product planner at Saab. You will be part of the planning team within Projects & Planning, where you work to ensure that customer orders are planned and executed efficiently, from need to delivery. In this role, you work at the interface between projects, production planning, industrialization and manufacturing. You are responsible for monitoring and planning material and production needs based on project schedules and ensuring a balanced flow through the operations. Your main responsibilities: Plan and monitor material and production needs based on project schedules. Take responsibility for articles and products within your area. Create and manage manufacturing orders in the business system. Ensure availability and delivery of purchased items through close collaboration with supply and procurement functions. Monitor and communicate status of your products and projects. Work closely with project managers, production and other internal functions to ensure timely delivery. Contribute to improvements of planning processes and working methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is positive, organized and has strong self-motivation. You thrive in a role with many contact points and collaborate easily with different functions within the organization. As a person, you are responsible, communicative and solution-oriented. We would like to see that you have: Experience in production planning, materials planning or similar activities. Experience working with IFS or other ERP/MPS systems. Good understanding of production flows and planning processes. Experience working in a manufacturing operation. Interest in technology and technical products. Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Saab's products or similar technically advanced systems is a merit. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security regulations in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance placement, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
