What you already know how to do and what you'll learn from us: manage the lifecycle of selected products (supplier and proprietary) - from strategy to development, participate in the company's business plan and product strategy, propose pricing policies and monitor the economics of your products, monitor trends and look for new opportunities (new products, areas), create and update product materials and catalogs, prepare training and educational activities to support products, negotiate with suppliers, set up cooperation and terms, prepare and control budgets for product support, help build a good reputation for TGS with customers (presentations, events)
The person who will fit best with us ... has engineering education or experience in engineering (machining/tools an advantage), can combine technical insight with business thinking, isn't intimidated by numbers, plans and budgets, can organize work, stay on track and see things through to completion, communicates well with colleagues, suppliers and customers - both in Czech and English, can listen and will be the "crown prince" in the role of product manager and later give it your own direction
