Machine felt has been manufactured in Halmstad since the mid-1800s. Since then, much has changed—companies have disappeared, others have branched off and changed names. Today's Nordifa is the only Nordic manufacturer of technical textiles with a complete production chain, from fiber to finished function. Our customers operate in several different areas, including process industry worldwide, manufacturing industry that uses Nordifa components in their products, and well-known furniture designers. Nordifa has an annual turnover of approximately 110 million kronor. Since December 2024, Sporda Nonwoven is also part of the group, with a turnover of approximately 45 million kronor. We are now looking for a production technician who wants to help develop our production processes and create smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable ways of working. The role is thus based on holistic thinking, method development, improved material flows, documentation/CAD, project work, and development of efficient and quality-assured processes.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

Good technical understanding and interest in developing and improving production.
Understanding of production flows, quality, and efficiency.
Good computer skills and experience with technical documentation and CAD, preferably Solid Works.
