About the Position
At HANZA Mechanics in Årjäng, you'll work closely with machines, processes, and people. You'll be an important part of ensuring that milling operations are stable, efficient, and maintain the right quality—every single day.
You'll be part of a team with high expertise and a strong commitment to development, continuously improving methods, processes, and moving forward together.
Responsibilities
The role involves programming and operating CNC milling machines, optimizing methods and machining strategies, and supporting daily production.
You'll be involved in launching new products, troubleshooting issues, and actively contributing to improvement work related to quality, flow, and efficiency.
You'll also develop and refine work procedures, methods, and instructions, and provide technical support to colleagues and, in some cases, communicate directly with customers.
What We're Looking For
We seek someone with:
Experience in machining, primarily milling.
Experience in CNC programming.
Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good understanding of materials, tools, and machining processes that affect the final result.
Experience with CAD/CAM systems.
Meritorious:
Experience with Mastercam.
Experience with Heidenhain and Fanuc software.
Other Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Understanding of the importance of structure, quality, and standardized work methods.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
