About the Position
At HANZA Mechanics in Årjäng, you will work closely with machines, processes, and people. You will play a vital role in ensuring that milling operations remain stable, efficient, and maintain the right quality—every single day.
You will be part of a team with strong expertise and a genuine desire to develop through continuous improvement of methods, processes, and moving forward together.
Responsibilities
The role involves programming and operating CNC milling machines, optimizing methods and machining strategies, and supporting daily production.
You will participate in launching new articles, troubleshoot issues, and actively contribute to improvement initiatives related to quality, workflow, and efficiency.
You will also develop and refine working methods, procedures, and instructions, and serve as technical support for colleagues and, in some cases, communicate directly with customers.
We are Looking for You
We seek someone with:
Experience in machine machining, primarily in milling.
Experience with CNC programming.
Very strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Solid understanding of materials, tools, and machining processes that affect the final result.
Experience with CAD/CAM systems.
Merits:
Experience with Mastercam.
Experience with Heidenhain and Fanuc software.
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Understanding of the importance of structure, quality, and standardized work practices.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
