You have independent responsibility, but you are not alone because success is built on close collaboration with colleagues in production, logistics, procurement, and other support functions. Your assignment As a Production Planner, you have a central role in creating the conditions for stable and efficient production. You work at the interface between planning, material supply, and production, where you continuously balance the company's needs against available resources. In this role, you will, among other things: Ensure that materials are ordered and available at the right time Release and follow up on production orders Manage communication with suppliers Monitor inventory levels and contribute to balanced inventory management Handle deviations and escalate issues when necessary Participate in the development and improvement of planning processes The role is characterized by close collaboration with several different functions and requires you to create an overview, make well-founded decisions, and adjust planning when conditions change. Your profile We believe you have experience in production or material planning, or from a similar role in manufacturing where you have worked with flows, changes, and delivery accuracy. You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach and a good understanding of how different parts of a production flow interconnect. You thrive in an environment where conditions can change quickly and have the ability to adapt, reprioritize, and find ways forward when new challenges arise. If you also have an easy time understanding new contexts and contributing with structure, you will likely thrive with us. Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 is a prerequisite for handling our daily analyses and planning. Experience with the business system M3 is a major advantage, as it is one of our main tools in the planning process. We also see that you speak Swedish fluently and feel confident communicating in English, both verbally and in writing. We work in an international environment where both languages are used daily.
