Your Work Tasks:
Reinforcement and assembly of cast-in-place details
Manufacturing of reinforcement cages, including tying
Forming, casting, and finishing of concrete elements
Participate in quality control and factory maintenance
Truck and overhead crane operation as needed
Important About Work Hours – Two-Shift System
This position involves two-shift work, and it is a requirement that you are prepared to work both shifts:
Morning shift: Monday–Friday, 05:30–14:12
Evening shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–23:15 (Friday off)
Shifts alternate weekly between morning and evening. You must be able to work both shifts to be considered for this position.
Your Profile:

Are practically minded and experienced with physical work
Have a basic understanding of drawings and good computer skills
Are thorough, responsible, and a team player
Are flexible and comfortable working shifts
Experience with line production, casting, reinforcement, or tying is a plus but not required – we are happy to train the right person. Overhead crane certification and wheel loader certification are also desirable.
You are a flexible and engaged person with a positive attitude toward your work. You are always ready to adapt to changing circumstances and take pride in what you do.
