NIBE is now seeking personnel for our production facilities in Markaryd, where we manufacture heat pumps, FVC (Exhaust Air Heat Pump Centers), MVC (Ground Source Heat Pump Centers), and LVC (Air Heat Pump Centers). As an employee in production, you will be an important part of NIBE's production process and manufacture products in accordance with our high quality standards. You will work in a team where you have close collaboration with your team leader.
About the Role
We are now seeking production workers for our production lines. As a production worker, you will be an important part of our team and work together with your colleagues to ensure that production maintains high quality and runs according to plan.
The work is performed on a production line where each employee is responsible for different tasks and stations. You will therefore work both independently on your work tasks and in close collaboration with the rest of the team. To thrive in this role, it is important that you enjoy practical work where precision, pace, and quality go hand in hand.
Working hours are arranged in 2-shift operations. The majority of the work is performed on a performance-based pay system (piece rate), which means you have the opportunity to influence your salary based on your performance and work effort.
