What Does the Role Offer?
As a production associate, you will work with various tasks within production. Your work tasks vary and you will rotate between different stations and assignments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Assembly of products according to instructions and quality requirements
- Work with robot cells and production machinery
- Quality inspections of finished products
- Material handling and forklift operation when needed
- Active participation in improvement and safety work
The work requires flexibility as you switch between different workstations and tasks.
Working hours are during daytime.
This role is an excellent opportunity for you who want to develop within the industry. You will initially be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant at Silentia, with the goal of transitioning to employment at Silentia after a shorter period.
