Learn more at nimoverken.se Job Description As a Production Associate at NIMO, you are an important part of our manufacturing. You are responsible for carrying out production tasks according to applicable procedures, instructions, and quality requirements to ensure our products are manufactured with the right quality, on time, and safely. You work closely with your colleagues and actively participate in daily improvement work. The role involves variety as you may work with different tasks and departments to contribute to flexibility and skill development within the operation. On some departments, work also involves assembling electrical components, electrical wiring, and precision work, which requires technical understanding, accuracy, and the ability to work according to drawings and instructions. Your main responsibilities: • Assemble, process, and handle materials according to production orders. • Operate and monitor machines as well as perform manual production tasks. • Conduct ongoing quality inspections on your own work. • Report production and results in business systems according to applicable procedures. • Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are used correctly. • Contribute to efficient material flow and identify material shortages. • Actively participate in daily management and improvement work. • Report deviations, disruptions, and quality defects to the responsible manager. • Contribute to order and cleanliness as well as a safe work environment Qualifications Qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • A high school diploma or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • B-class driver's license. • Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured manner. • Understanding of quality and the importance of careful work. • Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude toward colleagues and tasks. Meritorious: • Forklift certification. • Experience from manufacturing industry or similar production operations. • Experience with electrical assembly or assembly of electrical components. • Experience working according to drawings and work instructions. • Experience with soldering or other precision work Who Are You?
