We're looking for reinforcement to our team! We're now seeking employees who want to be part of our team and work in an environment with high pace and high production. In this role, you'll be an important part of our work and contribute to us reaching our goals with both quality and efficiency. The position is a permanent employment with an initial trial period, and you'll primarily work evening shifts as a central part of our operations. Fazer Bakery is one of Sweden's leading bakery companies with quality in focus. Here at Klockarbäcken in Umeå, we manufacture a varied and delicious assortment of bread – something for every taste! The position involves work on the bakery's production lines as well as packaging in our logistics department.
Work Tasks
The work takes place mainly in an automated production environment where you have overall responsibility for manufacturing. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and a strong quality focus. You have the ability to act quickly when changes occur. Your work tasks include, among other things, monitoring, quality control, and starting/stopping and adjusting machines during production changes – always with focus on safety, efficiency, and highest quality.

Start: October
Primarily evening shifts but day/night shifts may occur as production runs 24/7.
Flexibility and availability.
Profile
Preferably a B driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation to the workplace is very limited.
Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written.
High work ethic
Responsible, stress-resistant, and action-oriented.
Enjoys repetitive work tasks and has the ability to maintain focus, quality, and attention to detail throughout the entire shift.
Experience working in food production and knowledge of LEAN are merits.
Employment Type
The position is a permanent employment with an initial trial period of six months. Start date is by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for evening shifts and weekend work may occur.
Placement in Umeå at Klockarbäcken. We apply collective agreements within the food industry – the Food Agreement with supplementary agreements. Salary, shift premiums, and other benefits according to collective agreement.
