WORK TASKS We are now looking for a production worker for Arvika Gjuteri. Here you will be part of an operation where collaboration, quality, and responsibility are important parts of everyday work. At Arvika Gjuteri you will be an important part of production and work together with engaged colleagues in an operation where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. Your work tasks may include: Assembly and processing of components Monitoring and handling of production equipment Basic maintenance and care of machinery Quality inspections and production follow-up The work is currently conducted in 2-shifts, but working hours may change over time. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical and varied work environment. You are responsible, thorough, and have a positive attitude toward both work tasks and colleagues. The work includes physically demanding tasks and suits you if you enjoy active work where you get to use both your body and your mind in everyday life. To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person who: Has experience with industrial or production work Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Has a strong safety and quality mindset Is flexible and comfortable working both independently and in a team Has a forklift certificate and forklift experience (meritorious) Previous experience is valuable, but we place great emphasis on the right attitude, commitment, and the desire to develop together with the operation. ABOUT THE POSITION The position is a full-time consultant assignment starting immediately. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work at Arvika Gjuteri.
