Looking for a dynamic, hands-on role that pairs packaging line operations with production scheduling and inventory flow? At Swedish Nutra in Mellersta Hamnen, Malmö, we are seeking a detail-oriented team member to take charge of labeling, packing, and dispatching orders on time.
In this role, you will evaluate incoming orders and inventory levels to schedule required batch production runs for our manufacturing team. You will also organize the daily packaging queue and dispatch workflow, handling volume demands ranging from smaller shipments to large multi-pallet orders — while keeping our staging areas organized. Full on-site training is provided!
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Line Operations: Operate our automated labeling line, pack finished goods, and stage outbound orders.
Batch & Production Scheduling: Review incoming orders and finished stock to schedule batch runs for the mixing team and set daily packaging priorities to hit shipping deadlines.
Inventory & Staging: Conduct routine stock counts of finished goods and keep pallet staging zones clean, safe, and structured.
Daily Coordination: Work closely throughout the day with mixing and bottling teams to align production output with dispatch deadlines.
Quality & Compliance: Verify lot numbers, expiry dates, and batch records using Excel and tracking boards. Operate manual/electric pallet jacks and taping machinery.
Role Details & Requirements
Terms: Full-time (40 hrs/week, day shifts). Permanent position (probationary period applies). Physically active role.
Profile: Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take on expanding operational responsibility over time.
Languages: Good command of either English or Swedish is required (fluent in at least one).
"Good to have" experience: Background in packaging lines, order fulfillment, manufacturing, or holding a forklift license (A+B).
