Lernia is seeking production workers in the food industry in Tingsryd. We're looking for someone who wants to work in a physically demanding production environment where quality, hygiene, and efficiency are in focus. This assignment is ideal for you if you appreciate practical work and are comfortable with varying work schedules. About the assignment In the role of production worker, you will work in food production with tasks including preparation, handling and packaging of products, quality inspections, and ongoing cleaning according to hygiene procedures. Work tasks may include assembly line work, manual packaging, product quality inspection, and checking and packing for delivery. The work requires accuracy and that you follow established food safety procedures. Work tasks Packing, labeling, and packaging Quality inspections and documentation according to procedures Maintain good hygiene and cleaning routines in production areas Collaborate with team for efficient production flow Requirements Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts Driver's license class B and access to a car High work ethic and ability to follow instructions and procedures Good physical fitness as work may involve heavy lifting and standing work Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious Experience from food production or industrial work Education in food hygiene or HACCP knowledge About you We're looking for a responsible and thorough person who thrives in a production environment and can work both independently and as part of a team.
