We have three equally important business areas in our organization: mail, parcels, and logistics. We are now looking for a driven production manager for the mail business area.
You, us, and the job As a production manager, you will be active in daily operations while also leading our team of maintenance technicians. This position is for you if you want to be part of a successful team and are skilled at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and excellent at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. What you will do
Work closely with the maintenance manager and other colleagues
Operationally lead daily operations within the maintenance area of responsibility
Contribute to optimizing maintenance
Plan and follow up on daily operations within the maintenance area of responsibility
Contact and dialogue with subcontractors
The position is based during daytime hours

What you bring
High school diploma plus relevant post-secondary education in technology and maintenance
Strong leadership skills and an interest in leading
Experience from the maintenance industry
Very good computer skills and proficiency with the Office suite
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license
