We have three equally important business areas in our organization: mail, packages, and logistics. We are now looking for a driven production manager for the package business area.
You, us, and the job As a production manager, you will be active in daily operations while also leading our team of terminal workers. This position is for you if you want to be part of a successful team and are skilled at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and excellent at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business. Leadership for us means motivating each other to contribute to an innovation culture that makes us the largest tomorrow as well. It is crucial for attracting, retaining, and developing employees in a changing market. Nothing is impossible. The position is based on afternoon and evening hours. You work Monday through Thursday 14.00–22.00 and either Friday or Sunday 14.30–22.00.
What you will do
Ensure efficiency and team spirit by leading and directing daily operational production and its employees together with other leaders and managers in the operation
Create motivation and engagement among employees
Contribute to transformation work to adapt the operation to changed service offerings, new systems, and ways of working
Plan and follow up on operations within your area of responsibility
Report to the Production Manager

What you bring
High school diploma
Strong leadership skills and an interest in leading
Experience from the logistics industry or terminal work is a merit
Knowledge of 5S and lean is a merit
Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
B driver's license
