We are currently seeking a Production Manager for the Outbound flow at our Central Warehouse in Jönköping. Your role with us:
As a production manager, you need to have the ability to be strategic in a productive environment where decisions need to be made quickly and things happen in real time. You have the drive to execute and complete what you start, the ability to work in a structured, systematic, and long-term manner, but you should also be able to make quick decisions. Our operations change daily, so you need to be interested in change and willing to experiment and be creative. Last but not least, we want you to have the courage to voice your opinions and be driven by inspiring people. You will have a lot of contact with our team leaders and you report to the warehouse manager.
Your responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and follow up on daily logistics within your area of responsibility to achieve quality and productivity targets
Plan daily resources, priorities, and workload based on demand
Visualize and monitor goal management across the department
Identify areas for improvement and drive development initiatives
Responsible for daily management of the delivery flow
Coaching and development of employees
Work closely with regular check-ins with our Team Leaders, procurement, customer service, and transport.

We believe you have:
At least 5 years of experience in similar leadership roles within logistics, production, or warehouse management
Higher education or equivalent relevant background
Experience working with personnel and performance responsibility (KPIs)
Good organizational and structure abilities
Experience working with freight companies and knowledge of how to book transports
Good language skills in both Swedish and English
Good system familiarity with office packages
Meritorious:
Knowledge of LEAN philosophy and experience with change management.
