Production Leader Internal Logistics – Receiving

We are looking for a production leader for our internal logistics and the Receiving department.
As a production leader in internal logistics, you will be the manager of your area and part of the management team for internal logistics. In the management team, you contribute your knowledge and experience from your own area, while you are also expected to actively contribute to the development and results of internal logistics as a whole.
You can expect exciting and developmental work with great variety. You are responsible for leading and developing your area in an efficient and structured manner and play an important role in daily operations. At the same time, you work more long-term on the development of internal logistics as a whole. Daily challenges vary between issues related to operations, leadership, and production development.
About the Receiving Department
Receiving is responsible for goods receiving and material supply to our assembly, as well as for our internal light truck transportation. The pace in the department is high, and the demands for quality and delivery precision are high. As a production leader, you work actively to follow up results, create the right conditions for your employees, and ensure quality and delivery in daily operations.
The department currently consists of approximately 30 material handlers and four shift leaders. Operations are currently run in three shifts.
Description
As a production leader, you are responsible for, among other things:
Having personnel responsibility for employees in your area, including development, well-being, and work environment.
Following up KPIs in health, environment, safety, quality, delivery, and economics, and driving improvement activities based on results.
Being responsible for the work environment in your area.
Ensuring adequate capacity in relation to utilization.
Leading daily operations and following up and reporting results through daily management.
Ensuring that common working methods and rules are followed.
Being CPS responsible (CEJN Production System) for your area and requesting, planning, leading, and driving improvement activities.
Profile
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in both people and technology.
You have several years of experience in leadership, preferably from production, logistics, or similar operations. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You have an unpretentious and inclusive leadership style and believe in creating engagement by being present, clear, and by motivating and developing your employees.
