Experience with digitalization, automation, MES, WMS, BI tools, or development of KPI and monitoring systems is a merit. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you are comfortable working close to operations and have a genuine interest in how technology, systems, and people together can create an efficient production. You have the ability to move from analysis and data to the factory floor, understand everyday challenges, and work with employees to implement ideas into working solutions. You are communicative and pedagogical and find it easy to build trust at different levels in the organization. You enjoy driving change, taking initiative, and are motivated by seeing concrete results from your work.
