About the Assignment
As a Production Engineer, you are responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing production processes, work methods, and production flows. You will work with technical analyses, reporting, and improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with production and other functions to ensure that processes meet quality requirements and operational goals.
Start: October 1 through March 2027, with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve production processes and work methods
Conduct technical analyses and prepare reports
Lead and participate in improvement projects
Optimize production layout and material flows
Ensure compliance with quality and operational requirements
Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with production and technical functions
Who Are You?
You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You have a natural drive and enjoy identifying improvement opportunities. Furthermore, you are collaboration-focused, quality-conscious, and able to work independently.
Engineering degree in a relevant technical field and 2-6 years of relevant experience, or alternatively other technical education with 10-15 years of experience
Experience in production technology or production development
Experience with improvement work in the manufacturing industry
Strong analytical ability and experience with reporting
Good English skills, both spoken and written
