About the role
We are seeking production engineers and production planners who want to work in an operations-focused role with a focus on developing, optimizing, and supporting production. The role can vary depending on your experience, skills, and specialization, but what you have in common is that you contribute to creating the right conditions for safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
You will work with production planning, production documentation, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your tasks may include developing and updating instructions and processes, managing product changes, supporting operations with technical questions, and driving initiatives to develop working methods, workflows, and procedures.
Products and operations are continuously evolving, which means that work is often conducted in project form and in close collaboration with various functions. The role is characterized by variety and offers the opportunity to work with both new and existing products, where improvements and changes are a natural part of everyday work.

Required qualifications
1–5 years of work experience from a similar role, such as production planner, production technician, production scheduler, project planner, tooling technician, or equivalent.
Experience with IFS or similar ERP/PDM systems, such as SAP.
Good computer skills.
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Desirable qualifications
Experience with CAD/Catia.
Experience from the defense industry.

The assignment is classified as a security position. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance and be approved in accordance with applicable security protection regulations. This involves requirements for certain citizenship.
