Since February 2026, we operate under a new long-term agreement with Region Gotland extending to 2032, with the possibility of extension. We are now seeking a new Production Manager for Gotland. Our current Production Manager is moving on to new challenges within Verdis, which opens the door for you to take significant responsibility in an established and successful operation. You will lead a team of approximately 20 environmental workers/drivers and three administrative staff, with full responsibility for personnel, operations, and results. You will be part of Verdis' operational management group and work closely with other Production Managers in the North Region. Together, you will drive development forward, create efficient working methods, and ensure high quality in our deliverables. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and play a central role in developing both the business and its employees. Your main areas of responsibility: Ensure that our assignments are delivered according to contract and with high customer satisfaction Have full budget and results responsibility for the contract Plan, lead, optimize, and develop the operation with support from the work supervisor Be a present and engaged leader with full personnel responsibility Ensure proper staffing and create conditions for employee development Manage the vehicle fleet and ensure maintenance, inspections, and safety checks are conducted according to company procedures Drive and develop workplace environment work in accordance with legal requirements and internal procedures Who are you? We are looking for a confident and business-minded leader with the ability to create engagement, structure, and results. You enjoy taking responsibility and driving the operation forward You have a coaching and clear leadership style You are structured, solution-oriented, and have strong planning abilities You build long-term relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders You have a strong focus on quality, workplace environment, and continuous improvements We see that you have: At least three years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility in the transport industry or similar operations Experience with budget and results responsibility Good experience working with operations management and change management It is advantageous if you also have experience with: Process management and project management Working according to 5S ISO standards for quality, environment, and workplace environment Other Location: Visby Start date: By agreement We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
