About the Role
As production manager, you'll be a central part of the management team and responsible for the operational management of our facilities. You lead and develop the operation with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability, while coaching and supporting your production managers. The role combines strategic and operational work where you plan production at an overarching level, follow up on results, and drive improvement efforts. You have clear responsibility for personnel, work environment, budget, and production output, and you ensure that the operation is conducted according to our goals and guidelines. In your contact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, you are an important representative for the company, where you build long-term relationships and ensure that projects deliver according to expectations.
About You
You are a confident and engaged leader who is passionate about developing both people and operations. You have experience from contracting, construction, or production and are used to working in a dynamic environment where you need to make decisions and find solutions. You have a good understanding of economics and follow-up and are driven to create structure, results, and a strong team.
Requirements
Relevant post-secondary education
Several years of experience as a production manager or equivalent role
Experience managing other managers
Documented experience with personnel responsibility
Experience with budget work and production follow-up
Background in contracting or construction
B-class driver's license
