Your Role As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily production operations at our facility in Emmaboda. The role is largely operational and involves actively participating in daily production work when needed. You lead by being present in the operations and support the team toward clear goals regarding delivery reliability, quality, operational safety, and work environment. You are part of the company's management group and have a great opportunity to influence the company's continued development. You have personnel responsibility for six employees and are responsible for production, maintenance, and facility management. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with our customer support regarding delivery times and available capacity, and with procurement regarding raw material supply. Safety is our absolute highest priority, and you play an important role in creating and maintaining a safe workplace. The operations are subject to high safety requirements and regulations, which means you will have contact with regulatory authorities and work on issues concerning safety, training requirements, and compliance with applicable regulations. We believe you build trust by being present, responsive, and service-minded in your interaction with both employees, customers, and business partners. We see that you have: - Experience in leadership within manufacturing industry - Technical understanding and interest in production processes - Good knowledge of Swedish and basic English - Good computer skills - B-class driver's license Meritorious - Engineering technician degree or equivalent technical education - Experience from process industry and chemical handling - Experience from operations with high safety requirements - Forklift certification and hot work certification What Do We Offer?
