About the Position
As Production Manager, you will have full personnel responsibility for our skilled and professionally proud Drivers. You will be a key person whose experience as a leader is characterized by your ability to easily build trust with employees and customers. You also have business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit as you are responsible for the production's financial goals. As a leader, you want to support and develop your employees to continue satisfying customers and creating new business.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
Operational Leadership & Planning: Plan and prioritize resources and manage ongoing and urgent changes in operations.
Present Leadership: Lead, support, and serve your drivers in their daily work so they have the right conditions to do a good job.
Business Development & Customer Relations: Handle and receive business, take care of existing customers, and coach drivers to discover and seize more business opportunities in the field.
Shaping the Workplace: You have great freedom to work together with staff to create and adapt work methods so that everyone enjoys their work and feels good.
You will have financial responsibility for production at Slamsugningstjänst i Halland AB.

Qualifications for the Position:
Good computer skills with ease in learning digital systems.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Driver's License Category B.
Previous experience in production operations, leadership, financial responsibility, and customer relations.
Meritorious:
Experience with Workify.
Experience in industries such as plumbing, water/sewage, construction, trucking, or transport.
