Production Worker at Precast Concrete Factory in Northern Stockholm

Our client is a Swedish manufacturer of prefabricated concrete structures. They manufacture and assemble steel constructions and concrete elements for all types of buildings including offices, hotels, public buildings, and large multi-family residential buildings. Production is expected to increase and the company now needs to hire an additional Production Worker/Concrete Worker. Job Responsibilities: As a Production Worker, you will work in a precast factory manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements, particularly wall elements. You will read reinforcement drawings and work based on these to create the concrete elements, either independently or in collaboration with others on your work team. The work can be physically demanding and at a fast pace, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness and a strong work ethic. Qualifications: *You have previous experience in concrete/reinforcement or industrial work within precast manufacturing *You can read simple reinforcement drawings *You have good physical fitness *You speak Swedish or fluent English (for example Polish and English) *You hold a class B driver's license and have access to your own car (unless you live in close proximity to the workplace) Start Date: September/October 2026 Scope: Full-time, permanent position Work Location: Norrtälje Number of Positions: 1 If you recognize yourself in the job description above, we would like to get in touch with you as soon as possible!
