About the Role
As a production worker, you will work in production manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements. Here you always work as a team and ensure that new colleagues quickly integrate and receive support. You'll become part of a cohesive team where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are essential in daily work.
Work tasks vary depending on the department and production needs, but may include:
Form building
Reinforcement
Casting concrete elements
Post-processing
Quality control
Blueprint reading and working from instructions

About the Vislanda Factory
Vislanda is the heart of our production in Småland - with two factories that together offer unique breadth in what we manufacture and the career opportunities available.
