About the production worker position: As a production worker, you work with the manufacturing of rotating heat exchangers used in energy-efficient ventilation systems. You have an important role in production where you are responsible for monitoring and operating production machinery and ensuring that work is carried out according to established quality and safety requirements. The work takes place in a team where collaboration, attention to detail, and responsibility are crucial for good results. The role is varied and includes both machinery monitoring and practical tasks. Examples of common work tasks: Monitor and operate production machinery Manufacturing and assembly of components Perform basic quality controls Material handling Ensure order and safety in production Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who thrives in a practical and physically active role within industrial production.
