Production Manager – With Experience in Cutting and Packaging

We are looking for a driven production manager who wants to take full responsibility for our production, from cutting to finished packaged product. This is a working role – you lead the team while actively working in production yourself, working at the cutting station, and helping out where needed. Your Responsibilities You work daily in production with cutting and packaging, while planning and leading the work. You are responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently and in accordance with applicable hygiene and quality requirements (HACCP/self-inspection), monitor waste and losses, and develop both processes and staff. You report to the site manager/CEO and are a key person in our continued growth. We are Looking for Someone Who Has Several years of experience in cutting and/or packaging within the food industry, preferably meat. Previous leadership experience, for example as a team leader or supervisor. Good understanding of food hygiene and quality work. The role is physically demanding with a fast pace, so you need to have good work capacity and be used to practical work. You are organized, unpretentious, and not afraid to either pitch in or take responsibility.
