Robustus Wear Components AB is a company that manufactures detail components where our special expertise is providing products of very high quality with tight tolerances. We manufacture components in small series, but we have some products that we produce in medium volumes. Many of the products we manufacture have grinding as the final operation. We are a great team that now needs to be strengthened with at least one person. You should enjoy teamwork and be able to pull your weight when needed. To succeed and thrive in the role of technician, we believe you: Are an experienced production technician with knowledge of programming and CNC turning, GibbsCam, Okuma. Know tools and methods for complex turning to meet the requirements and customer wishes that arise, Are thorough and always strive for the best results, Enjoy a fast pace of work and variety We are looking for someone who is a team player and works well together with the rest of the group. Your tasks will include preparing for production, programming in GibbsCam, setting up and rigging, as well as being able to run first production and perform quality checks. We have low-volume manufacturing as well as smaller series. So the work is very varied but at the same time requires flexibility and professional expertise. Since many of our customers' products have high demands on both surface finish and dimensional tolerances, the work will require precision. We have a number of lathes of different sizes at Robustus. We machine different types of materials but primarily steel. Knowledge of 5-axis milling and programming is a merit and is viewed very positively.
