We are seeking staff for our PRODUCTION LINE for the spring season 2027! About Säve Plantskola Säve Plantskola is a plant nursery in its third generation. In 1976, Märta and Hugo's daughter Madeleine and her husband Rolf took over the nursery. Five years later, Madeleine and Rolf decided to focus entirely on the production and sale of perennials in bulk. In 2011, siblings Marie and Rickard took over the nursery and have since worked together to develop and move the nursery forward. Today, Säve Plantskola produces approximately 1.8 million perennials per year and carries approximately 1,400 different varieties in its assortment. Our customers range from garden shops, landscaping companies and housing companies, to municipalities and cemetery administrations. Säve Plantskola is a perennial grower in constant development that offers an interesting assortment of high quality. Qualifications We are seeking a staff member for our new production line with perennial production. Since spring is our most intensive period, we would like you to be in good physical condition and stress-resilient. It is also important that you are meticulous and skilled with your hands, as small plant plugs must be handled at a high pace. Must be at least 18 years old to be able to operate vehicles and machinery. Job Duties On the production line, you will work in a small team of 3-4 people. You will, among other things, stand at the conveyor belt and continuously plant plant plugs in pots and/or unload full trays of pots from the belt onto container carts. Alternately, you will drive full container carts to the designated growing area, where you unload the plants by hand and scan the placement with a handheld computer. In addition to these tasks, other work tasks occasionally occur. Other: We are a smoke-free workplace. Working hours: 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 30 min lunch break.
