Lenarth Matej, e-mail: [email protected] Job Description: Responsibilities: - Receiving and recording feedback and requests from internal and external stakeholders; conducting structured analysis of problem causes with a focus on business processes and data; proposing and implementing solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams - Defining, designing, and modeling product configurations in the SAP Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) environment within the S/4HANA system in accordance with SAP transformation initiatives - Supporting and implementing activities in the area of data governance in accordance with IDM standards, with a focus on master data for licenses and services - Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in the area of master data; providing expert consultation to business and IT departments - Managing and implementing strategic and operational work packages in accordance with transformation objectives and established timelines - Building and maintaining trusted working relationships with internal teams and partners; coordinating and ensuring collaboration across the organization --- Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the software industry with experience in business process management, master data management, or business operations - Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration is a plus - Basic understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes (from quotation to collection), including cloud business models - Knowledge of the SAP licenses and services portfolio - Good knowledge of master data management (MDM) concepts and data governance for IT products - Proven experience successfully managing projects in a cross-functional environment - Knowledge of current data models and enterprise architecture; practical skills in data modeling or development - Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems; interest in designing new scenarios, analyzing requirements, prototyping, and operationalizing results - Experience with internal IT and business systems such as CRM, CPQ, and Jira - Excellent command of English in written and spoken form Fully covered meal vouchers, 200 hours of vacation, sick days, cafeteria access, life insurance contribution, and pension insurance contribution
