1. Key responsibilities include: a) introducing new products and technologies, particularly to the local (Czech) market b) actively gathering market information, analyzing competition and customer needs c) regularly sending feedback and reports to company headquarters d) planning and organizing special sales and marketing programs based on sales results and market evaluation e) representing the company at sales conferences, trade fairs, and other forums f) managing staff in daily operations, organizing workshops and training for internal teams and clients g) processing and analyzing product sales data 2. Requirements: a) minimum bachelor's degree (preferably in technical or economic fields) b) ability to analyze market data, identify business opportunities, and define product strategies c) strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills necessary for conducting workshops, training, and effective communication with customers, business partners, and internal team d) independence, proactive approach, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset e) fluent Chinese communication required for reporting to headquarters and communication with others in the group 3. Advantageous / Preferred: - experience in a product manager position or similar role - fluent knowledge of English
