About the Role As Product Coordinator, you will become part of the buying team and have a central role in ensuring that the assortment and prioritized products have the right conditions and support in commercial activities. You coordinate product selection, campaign materials and commercial assortment planning, and function as an important link between buying and marketing. With a focus on clarity, right timing and commercial impact, you create the best possible conditions for sales. The role also includes driving product-related projects and coordinating collaboration between product and marketing. Your main areas of responsibility and tasks: • Coordinate and follow up product selection based on the commercial calendar, sales, assortment focus, news value, inventory and delivery timing. • Be a proactive and driving partner from product/buying toward marketing by identifying opportunities, contributing ideas and taking own initiatives, in line with the commercial plan and overall market direction. • Own and continuously administer campaign and concept boards with correct information about products, inventory, deliveries, key dates, purpose and planned exposure. • Function as a link between buying and marketing and ensure clear communication regarding campaign and concept plans. • Follow sales and campaign results, compile relevant KPIs and initiate sales-driving measures at seasonal and weekly level. • Drive and coordinate assortment-related projects, and ensure progress, product selection, deadlines and alignment with affected functions. • Develop and improve work tools, working methods, routines and processes within your area of responsibility. Who Are You? You are responsible, structured and thorough and thrive in a role with many contact points and parallel activities. You work independently, take initiative and drive your work forward while being collaborative and communicative. You are solution-focused, flexible and easily adapt when priorities or conditions change. Industry experience and/or work experience from a similar role is a merit. You have: • Post-secondary education in textile economics, procurement, marketing or other education that the employer deems equivalent. • Analytical ability and experience interpreting sales data and KPIs to follow up product and assortment performance and identify need for prioritization and action. • Good systems and administration skills and a structured approach in digital tools and control files. • Very good collaboration and communication skills and understanding of how buying, product and marketing work together on commercial activities. • Good sense for visual expression, color and form and ability to combine products into a cohesive and commercially attractive whole. • Swedish and English fluently, spoken and written.
