We're looking for a partner to join our growing ARIKONA leather crafts studio and shop team in the center of Olomouc.

We are ARIKONA – an artisan studio and shop specializing in leather goods. We create honestly, with heart, with an emphasis on detail and respect for craftsmanship. And just as important as our products is how our team members and customers feel working and shopping with us.
We're looking for people who want to do meaningful work in a beautiful environment and in a team where everyone truly matters.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and guide them through our shop
- Listen to them and help them find exactly what they need
- Present our products, materials, and brand story
- Create a pleasant atmosphere in the shop
- Help with e-shop order administration and packing
- Communicate with production colleagues and support each other
- Optionally get involved with social media if you enjoy it
We're not just looking for someone "behind the counter." We're looking for a person who can make a great impression, welcome customers warmly, and turn a shop visit into a pleasant experience.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- is naturally good at communicating and knows how to deal with people kindly and respectfully
- has an appreciation for retail, design, craftsmanship, and quality materials
- notices details and cares about the atmosphere of a place
- is reliable and seeking a long-term partnership
- can handle basic computer work
- wants to learn new things and grow
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but personality, attentiveness, and attitude matter most to us.

You Can Look Forward To:
- Permanent employment contract
- Part-time position with the option of a 4-day work week
