We're expanding our sales team and looking for a partner to join our motorcycle clothing store in Plzen – with the heart of a salesperson and the soul of an advisor Motorcycles connect us, but people give our work meaning. Daily customer contact: you'll help them choose motorcycle apparel tailored to their style and needs. You'll be part of a well-coordinated team where people respect and support each other. An environment where we don't focus on hierarchy, but on fair human relationships. We work Tuesday through Saturday; Sunday and Monday are our days off. Training happens naturally – step by step, together. Trust and openness are more important to us than perfection. Who are we looking for? Do you have no sales experience? That's fine – if you're eager to learn, we're happy to show you everything. For us, attitude, openness, and the desire to be part of the team matter more than experience. We're looking for someone who can listen to customers, understand their needs, and enjoys helping them find the right solution. Someone who can handle the basics of computer work.
