We are looking for a reliable and communicative colleague for our stable, small team who is not afraid of manual work, has a passion for craftsmanship, and can offer a friendly and proactive approach to customers. If you enjoy technical products and can handle both retail work and computer tasks, we would be happy to welcome you. Job Responsibilities: Customer service at the counter – in person, by phone, and online. Receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders. Receiving and restocking merchandise, organizing the retail space. Regular communication with suppliers, participation in purchasing activities. Maintaining order and organization of the store and inventory. Full-time position, single-shift operation What We Expect From You: Essential: Knowledge of the product range (or willingness to learn it intensively) – ideally with a technical or craft background. Interest in DIY and crafts is a requirement. Active and helpful approach to customers. Honesty, attention to detail, and physical fitness (handling merchandise). Excellent knowledge of Czech language, both spoken and written. Basic computer skills – particularly MS Excel. Advantages: Previous experience in retail sales. Interest in DIY or technical skills. Pleasant demeanor and ability to advise less experienced customers. Ability to work in a small team and willingness to learn new things.
