Job Responsibilities: - preparation, baking, and sales of bakery products (high proportion of manual work) - preparation of filled baguettes, soups, and coffee - operating hours Monday - Sunday - morning and afternoon shifts (morning shifts starting at 4:45 AM) Requirements: - vocational training - work ethic - responsibility - reliability - communication skills and pleasant demeanor - manual dexterity - willingness to work and learn new things - knowledge of cash register operations and bakery sales experience is an advantage - excellent health condition - we prefer long-term employment We Offer: - employment in a stable company - long-term employment on full-time contract (fixed and bonus component) - 5 weeks vacation after probationary period - afternoon shift allowance of 8,- Kč/hour within the framework of the Labor Code - weekend work allowance of 35% - subsidized meals - coffee at the workplace - employee discounts on products - pension insurance contribution after 6 months of service - contribution to leisure activities - company events
