We're now looking for an experienced process developer who wants to help drive this development forward. This role suits you if you're motivated by creating structure, driving change, and getting people to work together toward common goals. You'll work closely with both operations and management, contributing to development that creates real value for both employees and tenants. In practice, this means you: • lead and drive development and improvement initiatives across the organization • map, analyze, and develop business processes • facilitate workshops and development forums with managers and staff • support operations in process development, quality work, and change management • identify improvement opportunities and turn them into concrete activities • follow up on results and ensure that decided improvements achieve the desired effect • contribute to developing work methods where operations, information, and digital solutions work together • serve as an important advisor to process owners, managers, and leadership on development matters The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with different parts of the organization. You therefore need to thrive in a role where you combine analysis, communication, and change management to create long-term development. You report to the Manager of Operations Development. Qualifications We're looking for you who have experience in process development, operations development, quality work, or related areas. You're analytical, structured, and have a strong ability to create understanding and engagement around change work. You enjoy collaborating, challenging established work methods, and turning strategic goals into concrete results. Requirements: • several years of experience in process development, operations development, or quality work • experience leading change and development initiatives • strong ability to analyze operations and identify improvement opportunities • experience facilitating workshops and leading development work with different stakeholders • excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written • good digital system proficiency • B-class driver's license Desirable: • experience with process mapping and operations management • knowledge of quality management and change management • experience with business management systems • experience with digital operations development • knowledge of quality standards such as ISO • experience from public sector operations or organizations with many stakeholders As a person, you're pedagogical, unpretentious, and curious. You have the ability to make complex issues understandable and create conditions for others to succeed in change work.
