Do you want to work in an important role in food production where quality, precision, and collaboration are in focus? We are now seeking several dedicated process operators who want to join our team! About the Position As a process operator, you will monitor and drive production forward in a modern food processing facility. The role involves both hands-on work and technical equipment handling. You will work on one of the shift schedules listed below with longer work shifts. You will be employed as a consultant through Adecco. The assignment starts immediately or by agreement and runs for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. Employment is full-time. Work Hours: Flexible Shift Monday–Tuesday: 05:50–18:00 Thursday (night): 17:50–06:00 Day Shift Wednesday–Friday: 05:50–18:00 Night Shift Monday–Wednesday: 17:50–06:00 Responsibilities: Monitoring and operating production processes Handling raw materials and finished products Forklift operation and material handling Quality checks and documentation Troubleshooting and basic technical maintenance Qualifications: Completed and approved upper secondary education Experience working in production, preferably food processing Category B driver's license (Swedish or internationally valid in Sweden) Forklift license (A) and reach truck experience is required Good computer skills Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written Technical understanding and interest Experience with physically demanding work (heavy lifting up to 25 kg) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Accustomed to longer work shifts (up to 12 hours) Merits: Bridge crane license Previous experience from the food industry We Offer: An exciting consultant position through Adecco Opportunity for extension after the assignment ends An engaged team and good work environment Opportunity to develop within production and technology Does this sound like something for you?
