About the Position
Do you have experience as a process operator or similar profession and thrive in a role where technology, problem-solving, and quality are a natural part of your workday? Then this could be the job for you!
We are seeking an engaged machine operator for a market-leading company that works with innovative solutions to prevent and manage water damage in properties. You will work in a modern production environment where quality, development, and efficient working methods are at the center.
As a process operator, you will become an important part of production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and processes function as they should. You will monitor production continuously, make necessary adjustments, and ensure that the end result meets the right quality standards.
The work is both practical and technical and suits you if you enjoy solving problems, taking responsibility, and working in a structured manner. You will work together with colleagues in production and contribute to creating a smooth, safe, and efficient production flow.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for operation and monitoring of production machinery
Make settings and adjustments to ensure an efficient production flow
Check quality and ensure that products meet established requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems that arise during production
Conduct ongoing inspection, cleaning, and minor maintenance of machines and equipment
Work according to applicable safety and quality procedures
Contribute with ideas and improvement suggestions to develop working methods and processes
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who have previously worked as a process operator (or similar) and are accustomed to working in an industrial or production environment. You have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how machines and processes work. For you, it is self-evident to work carefully and safely while maintaining an efficient work pace.
For you to thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:
Have previous experience in production/industry
Have good technical understanding and feel comfortable with machines and production equipment
Can work independently and take responsibility for machines and production functioning as they should
Have the ability to identify deviations and solve minor technical problems
Work in a structured and quality-conscious manner, even when the pace is high
Speak and write Swedish fluently – this is a requirement
Have the ability to work shifts, as working hours may be scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts
Here you will have the opportunity to use your previous experience while continuing to develop within production and technology. You will become part of an operation where your work is an important part of both daily production and the company's continued development.
As a person, you are responsible, engaged, and solution-oriented. You don't wait for someone else to take action; instead, you see what needs to be done and are happy to take your own initiative. We also appreciate that you come with ideas and improvement suggestions that can contribute to an even better and more efficient production flow.
