Looking for an active, hands-on role manufacturing high-quality health products from start to finish? At Swedish Nutra in Mellersta Hamnen, Malmö, your main daily focus will be running our liquid supplement production line. We also place great value on practical technical curiosity. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with machinery and wants to master how our equipment operates.
We are a fast-growing family company where quality always takes priority over quantity. Extensive industry experience isn't required; if you bring a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a practical technical mindset, we will fully train you on-site!
Key Responsibilities
This role combines daily hands-on manufacturing with active involvement in machine operations:
Production (Main Focus): Take an active role in daily manufacturing, including ingredient mixing, bottling, labeling, and final packaging.
Machine Operation & Upkeep: Master our production equipment to handle line changeovers, monitor operations, perform routine cleaning, and assist with preventative maintenance troubleshooting when needed.
Quality & Hygiene: Maintain strict standards for hygiene, product handling, and overall workplace cleanliness.
Working Hours & Terms
Full-time (40 hours/week), day shifts only.
Employment type: Permanent position (probationary period applies).
The role involves physical labor and heavy lifting.
Qualifications
Hands-on Drive: You thrive in an active factory environment and enjoy seeing products go from raw ingredients to finished goods.
Technical Aptitude: You have a natural curiosity for machinery, like understanding how equipment works, and enjoy practical problem-solving.
Detail-Oriented & Quality-Minded: You work with high accuracy and recognize the vital importance of strict food and hygiene standards.
Languages: Good command of either English or Swedish is required (fluent communication in at least one language).
Pluses: Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or equipment maintenance (especially within food, supplements, pharma, or cosmetics).
