Your Next Challenge
As a process operator in the Energy department, you are an important puzzle piece for the shift organization and daily operations. You and your process operator colleague support the shift organization and production department in daily operations and in addressing acute failures, commissioning, and shutdown. Energy & Recycling is divided into two departments where Energy consists of the process areas turbines, soda recovery boiler, solid fuel boiler, MAVA preparation, and Recycling consists of Causticization, Evaporation, and factory gas system.
You will work closely with the day shift team with operator rounds and daily plant monitoring. You will also learn the control system and after completed training be able to operate one or more of the process sections in the department.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with strong collaboration skills who wants to contribute to the department's collective effort to reach set goals. As a person, you are loyal and take great responsibility for your contribution, both individually and at the department level.
You have completed upper secondary education in technology or equivalent. It's an advantage if you have previously worked in similar industry or have education focused on process industry or similar.
