Process Operator

As a process operator, you will have an important role in our Blending Department. You will be part of a team consisting of process operators, coordinators, and production managers. Your responsibilities will include: Weighing/mixing raw materials according to specific blending recipes Performing and documenting quality controls, adjusting any deviations in the blends Logging in and out raw materials and finished goods Cleaning/performing operator maintenance on production equipment During the first years in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple production sections. Required education, experience, and skills: · We especially welcome applicants with a secondary education in technology or industry, or experience from similar work tasks. · Strong general math skills and the ability to handle and understand numbers. · Good knowledge of Swedish · Good reading comprehension and computer proficiency Additional qualifications we value: · Forklift certification (Class A trucks) · Driver's license or AM license Important work-related personal qualities: · Good sense of order and organization · Strong planning ability · Development motivation · Good physical fitness, as production is considered heavy industry · Good ability to follow routines, rules, and regulations About BI-QEM Our products are part of your everyday life.
