Process Manager / IT Case Coordinator – Health and Care Administration in Stockholm
A regional health and care administration in Stockholm needs reinforcement in their contract management. When a contract manager places an order, information about the contract area, contract, assignment, and supplier must be created and linked together in multiple IT systems, so that care providers can be reimbursed, followed up, and perform their assignment. You will be the one who keeps these cases together throughout the entire process, ensuring that information is correct in the systems and that stops and discrepancies are handled. The role is currently staffed by a corresponding function in another department, and you will receive partial support from them.
