Your Role With Us
As a Process Engineer at Parker Hannifin in Borås, you'll have a central, operationally-focused role where you work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and optimized production processes in cutting operations (CNC turning and milling). You'll continuously work on improvements, contribute to projects, and drive technical development of processes related to automation, CNC equipment, and robotic solutions.
In this role, you'll be an important link between production, engineering, quality, and the project organization. You're responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining production documentation and ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out according to established instructions and requirements. You'll participate in quality and improvement work and take responsibility for calculations related to products and customer projects.
You'll be part of a well-functioning production team and report to the Production Manager. You'll have excellent opportunities to influence, develop, and make a difference in an international operation with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements for the Role
Post-secondary technical education in, for example, production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical competence from work experience.
Experience working according to LEAN principles
Knowledge of cutting operations
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
Meritorious
Experience with CNC programming
Experience working with automation and robotics
