Initial contact: by email or phone (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Fixed-term employment contract for three years, with the possibility of conversion to indefinite employment. Uniformed service; continuous shift schedule (2x 12-hour morning shifts + 2x 12-hour night shifts / 4 days off). Requirements: excellent health and mental condition, physical fitness, clean criminal record and misdemeanor record. Employee benefits: Recruitment bonus of 150,000 Kč. After 1 year, salary increase from 43,940 Kč to 57,180 Kč depending on experience (when assigned to continuous operations). 6 weeks of vacation. Financial and social security. Annual holiday and meal allowance of 8,000 Kč, recreation at correctional facilities, short-term accommodation use, free gym access. Upon termination, eligibility for severance pay and service benefits.
