Job Responsibilities: - Sample preparation, preparation of mineralizes and extracts of plant material, feed, soil, sediments, and sludge. - Measurement of elements in soil, plant, feed and similar material samples using instrumental techniques (atomic absorption/emission flame spectrometry, optical emission spectrometry in inductively coupled plasma, spectrophotometry, mercury analyzer and others). - Performing and evaluating individual laboratory analyses using established analytical chemistry methods. - Collaboration on verifying correct functionality of laboratory instruments and equipment, their commissioning, adjustment and programming, including diagnostics of common faults and process quality control. - Work with NRL ÚKZÚZ software: Labsystem, control and evaluation programs for instruments, etc. - Collaboration on method development and validations, application of methods in laboratory practice. - Collaboration on processing standard work procedures for NRL ÚKZÚZ needs. - Maintenance and development of work quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025 in the Soil Analysis Department.
