Manufacturing Preparation Technician

Are you a locksmith, plumber, or machinery mechanic looking for stable employment? Join our team at an established Czech engineering company. Your daily responsibilities: • Prepare materials and individual components according to technical drawings • Measure, mark, and cut materials • Grind, drill, and prepare welding surfaces • Prepare pipe components and steel structures for subsequent assembly and welding • Control dimensions and ensure compliance with production documentation requirements • Assemble finished products after surface treatment, mark them, and prepare for shipment • Collaborate with welders, supervisors, and other production team members We expect from you: • Apprenticeships or experience in locksmithing, plumbing, machinery mechanics, or related technical fields • Ability to understand and read technical drawings • Experience with standard locksmith tools and measuring instruments • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, independence, and reliable work approach • Experience with assembly of pipe components or steel structures is a plus • Basic experience with welding method 135 (MAG) or 141 (TIG) is a plus What we offer: • Competitive salary matching your experience and qualifications • Morning shift work only • Stable employment at a Czech engineering company with a long-standing tradition • Opportunities for further professional training and career development • 5 weeks vacation and sick days • Meal allowance, pension contribution subsidy, and additional company benefits Interested in this opportunity?
