Work location: Kroměříž
- Job Responsibilities: preparation of construction contracts prior to project execution, review of design documentation and its completeness, preparation and review of quantity surveys, creation of itemized budgets and price quotations, work in BUILDpower budgeting software, preparation of materials for supplier and subcontractor selection, requesting quotations for materials, products and construction work, evaluation of supplier offers, ensuring material and technical equipment according to project needs, cooperation with site managers, designers, investors and suppliers, preparation of contract documentation, purchase orders and project implementation materials, ongoing record-keeping and project administration, preparation of handover documentation and other project-related materials
- Requirements: secondary or higher education in construction field, understanding of construction design documentation, knowledge of construction technologies, materials and methods, experience with budget creation and quantity surveys, knowledge of BUILDpower software, strong proficiency in Excel, basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, etc.), category B driver's license, independence, attention to detail and responsibility, good organizational skills, ability to communicate with suppliers, designers and colleagues, technical and economic reasoning
- Advantages: prior experience in a similar position, construction project execution experience or knowledge of pricing systems and budgeting
